These policies are in place to protect Jacob Bernado (Jae) and their clients and to ensure that our sessions run as smoothly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about the following policies, please reach out before sessions begin. By scheduling a session with Jae via email, phone, or MyMusicStaff, you are agreeing to adhere to these policies. 


Scheduling: New students can schedule lessons via email. Existing students can schedule via the MyMusicStaff Student Portal. Contact Jae to set up an account. Jae will send you an email with a Zoom link prior to your first lesson. The same Zoom link will be use for all future lessons. 

Rates: (per session) $75 for 50 minutes. (Contact me to inquire about rates for other services such as custom warm up routines and group workshops.)

Payment: At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice via email with a link for online payment via PayPal. (Payments via PayPal are subject to an additional processing fee. To avoid this, students may submit payment via Venmo: @Jacob-Bernado.) Payment must be received on or before the date the due date as listed on your invoice to avoid late fee and/or cancellation of future lessons.

Cancellations: If a client needs to cancel a session, they must provide at least 48 hours notice. If a session is cancelled with the requested notice, a makeup session will be offered. No makeup lessons or credits will be offered for sessions that are cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. In the rare event that Jae needs to cancel a session, they will reschedule or offer a credit.
